Really good bronzer nice natural look

I have pale olive skin with a warm undertone and it's very difficult to find foundations and powders that match and look good on me. I opted for the light version of this product and here's my honest review after trying it out daily for a week. For reference, I was using it as a contouring and bronzing powder over the top of my usual CC cream.PROS:The powder went on like a dream over my CC cream (once the CC cream had had time to set, of course!) and I didn't need any additional setting powders or sprays at any stage of my routine. The powder stayed put all day, even though I was both indoors and outdoors, but it came off quite easily at the end of the day with micellar wipes. It was very easy to blend and build up layers of colour where I wanted them for contouring and it definitely gave a golden glow if that's what you're looking for. The texture felt featherlight on my face and I forgot I was wearing it most of the day.CONSThis colour didn't really suit my skin tone unfortunately. It was invisible when I first put it on - the lighter shades stayed invisible even with building them up so were no use for highlighting and although I did manage to get some shading built up with the darker tones, the result was a metallic orange which wasn't flattering on my skin at all. It might be ok for nightwear but despite ticking all the boxes for being a good quality product it just wasn't right for me personally. I also have acne prone skin and I did notice that after a week of using it daily I had a small breakout (I haven't had a breakout for decades) so that might be something to bear in mind if your skin is sensitive like mine.OVERALL:This is a really good quality product that's buildable, blendable, lightweight and amazing value for money. This lighter block doesn't suit pale olive skin with a warm/yellow undertone - instead it gives a more orange/bronze/metallic glow which might well be flattering on other skintones or for someone very fair who is looking for a 'sunkissed' / 'bronze-tanned' look but it made me look like I'd put on fake metallic tan which wasn't the look I was going for.

Love this. Doubles as contour and blusher and you can use it as a bronzer in the summer. Wears well and price is unbeatable. I refuse to spend money on expensive cosmetics while Rimmel products can do the job just as well!

Due to being quite pale I like a nice bronzer just to add a bit of colour.This one is lovely, it has a shimmer and the tones are lovely. It’s quite subtle when it is applied and blends in with ease rather than having obvious dark bronzer patches that need too much effort.However…I’ve found that over time it starts to not come off onto the brush and I’ve had to scratch the surface of the palette to be able to use it again. I don’t know if this was just a bad batch but I’ve never experienced this before with others.

Love the soft shimmer. I use this as a soft look eyeshadow.pallet and it looks really great

Very light when applied. Would recommend the darker one. Delivery fast as always.
