One of my favorite pieces of furniture!
Can't rave enough about this thing! It turned my small futon couch into a comfortable place to cuddle with my big golden retriever. We spent his last days cuddled on the couch, me half on this thing because my couch is small, and it was comfortable. And it's honestly beautiful. One of my favorite pieces of funiture I've bought. =)

Beautiful
I love the color! It's heavy enough to not slide around when you leave your legs on it. I put the legs on it took under 10 min. The leather is a beautiful brown and is so soft.

Very pleased with ottoman. Legs were easy to put on with legs, screws and Allen wrench provided.

Nice little ottoman, but terrible customer service/product support if you need it
The first one I bought was well-packaged, had a nice design, was easy to assemble and appeared sturdy/well constructed. Assembly took less than 10 minutes! The second one I bought arrived with a damaged tray table inside of the ottoman bench (carefully wrapped as a damaged tray in the cloth overwrap at the factory to conceal it - highly suspicious), and the product support from the company is terrible - after waiting almost 4 days to respond to my initial inquiry, they are requiring a photograph of the outer shipping box that was already picked up with the trash. Also asking for an item number, despite it being self-evident with the Amazon number and submitted on-line, with no reply to the online submission for product support. Terrible customer service, despite my initial enthusiasm for the item. Do not buy and support their awful service with your hard-earned dollars.

Great looking ottoman
I don't like the black slide tray. The ottoman looks great but, i'm scared to put my feet up on the faux leather. Just going to deal with it, next time probably get a fabric ottoman

Perfect Storage Bench for Small Sitting Area
We needed a storage bench that we could put our feet on and also had a spot for beverages. This bench had it all. It arrived quickly and was super easy to put together.
