I do...but I also layer clothing to take into account my needs. I layer when I cycle in very cold headwinds, therefore will wear other suitable clothing-like long sleeve t shirt, over fleece top clothing, padded high visa jacket, thermal hat, etc.... and thermal trousers and socks. If you just want to wear these under wear for a usual, indoor job then you will only need very light clothing over them as they do keep you warm. Hope this helps. Pat D ð~
