I have been extremely happy with this product. I would recomend it to anybody who uses acrylic paints to increase the longevity of your paint once it is poured onto the pallet. It is also invaluable for thinning paints and mixing colours and mediums.

The bottle says not to mix this alongside other additives, so most of the time I only add this to my paints for use with an airbrush and it can both thin the mediums while preventing them from drying as fast. In particular, it helps me prevent dry tip buildup while using primer. I’ve used this with dollar craft paint, dedicated airbrush paint, acrylic ink, and water based primers.

A must for oil-style painting with acrylics. I mix it with the liquid retarder to get a product of the thickness I prefer. No special formula--I just mix in enough of the liquid kind to have a slightly gelled consistency.
