It provides 1028 calories with water. If you add a pint of semi skimmed milk then that's another 275 cals, 19 grams of protein and 29 grams of carbs. Most protein/weight gainers you buy on the market taste horrible with water, this one doesn't. Best one so far.

You'll get about 30-35g of protein not sure of carbs and fats though sorry.
