Will these work with elvie?

Can you tell me how to cut them? At the end or beginning? It’s not sucking properly

Will this work with the spectra hands free cups?

They did not work with my spectra Cara cups. Had to buy the long inserts instead.

Will this fit in momcozy hands free breast pump?

It does, but it’s not as tight of a fit as some other brands.

How can I keep these inserts from backing out of my medela 24mm flanges?

You should be able to push it in enough where it won’t pop out, if that keeps persisting I’d return and get new ones. Mine fit in perfectly.

Seems good quality

Soft. Seems good quality. I can’t comment if comfortable to wear as the size wasn’t right for me, so I didn’t use it and unfortunately waste my money.

Runs small I size compared with other brands. It damage my nipples due to sizing.

A cheap alternative that works!

I’ve been struggling with milk production using a Zomee double pump as well as an Elvie Stride. I realized I needed a smaller size cup but didn’t want to shell out the money for replacement parts for both pumps. I purchased these and they have worked beautifully! Pumping is no longer painful and my milk production has increased.
