No complaints. Does its job.
Works wonderfully. Makes washing up at the sink so much easier for hands, face, and arms, as well as cleaning out the sink basin with the higher pressure spray. Roommate and I agree its probably the most useful $10 we ever spent.Heads up though: I didn't see any instructions in the packaging, so I forgot to use the black gasket when installing the first time, which led to some leakage. Once I added the gasket, no more leaks. Reference the pictures on the product page for installation.

Hooks up easily to bathroom faucet. Watch the video on it. Very good idea. Works exactly as video portrays. Happy I bought it.

It worked until it didn't...
The media could not be loaded. I've had this attached to a bathroom sink that gets used daily. For about 2 months it was great. Then, it won't stay up any longer. If someone turns the water on in the position it keeps itself in (no matter how many times I move it to the correct position), they will soak the bathroom.
