Is the pouch inside scented? I’ve purchased similar masks and the beads were scented and they caused an allergic reaction.

Hi Sarah, Shane, the owner of the brand here. No our heat mask is not scented at all! If you have anymore questions or concerns please don't hesitate in getting in touch :) Shane

Can I stick it in the freezer?

Hi Shannon, Thanks for your question, yes it can be put in the freezer but for cold use our HM Gel mask performs the best cold. It can be found on our amazon store. If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to contact us :) Shane

Type type of beads used

I have no idea, but when I burned one the beads were a perfectly round, pin head size. Not rice or beans,

Should the whole mask (including the gray zippered cover with strap) be microwaved, or just the inner Therabead part?

Microwave the entire mask. I keep my microwave clean, but I still place the mask on a paper towel. Just 20 seconds in my 1200W microwave.
