Is it suitable for a action man ?

I would say not because of the difference in scale, action man being a lot larger, hope this helps.

Hello, my little boy has 'posted' all the accessories down the hole next to the gun. Any idea how to get them out?

Hiya, my son did the same, we had to try and shake it around or we got like a long pin to try and pop them out.
