Chocolate Sprinkles Shaker (1 X 250G)

Having recently bought a new bean-to-cup coffee machine, I decided to try for the “authentic” cappuccino experience by purchasing these Poldermill chocolate flavoured sprinkles. Amazon reviews for this product are generally quite favourable which is always a good indicator for me that I’m not about to make a purchase I’ll regret! The product comes in a good quality shaker with three different settings depending how much of the powder you want on your coffee. The powder comes out as a nice dusting (no lumps) so it is easy to achieve an effect similar to what you’d get in a coffee shop. The sprinkles have a nice chocolate flavour that I’d say is quite comparable to what is used in coffee shops. So both taste and texture get a thumbs up from me. Whether this is truly the same product used in Starbucks and Costa (as the listing suggests) is anyone’s guess but it’s certainly good enough for me. Used on a cappuccino, served alongside some amaretti biscuits I do think that this gives a pretty good approximation of a coffee shop experience. I consider this to be a very good product and at a good price for the quality and quantity provided.

Simply the best chocolate sprinkles for cappuccinos. Poldermill are used by professional baristas and having tried others this is definitely the best.

I took delivery of this order yesterday of sprinkles for coffee. I opened the top and was very surprised to see the tub was only two third full of the product. The size of the tub gives an impression that the tub holds more than it has inside. I’m sure the company do state the weight in grams but I feel this is almost sharp practice to give a false impression.
