Lily’s Kitchen Smooth Chicken Paté Complete Nutrition Kitten Food 19 x 85g

My kitten Sage was having stomach problems and had to be put on a specialist pate food for a week by the vet which settled her tummy. As she is sensitive to what she can eat I tried this pate and I must say for a good few weeks it was all she ate and she absolutely loved it. The texture is very much pate and I haven't experienced any hard bits or chunks, other than some jelly type of substance around the edges inside which I can only presume is normal. I personally used a fork to break the pate up once transferred to a bowl and it does so very smoothly.It doesn't have that strong cat food smell that some has, I wouldn't say it was a great smell but definitely more subtle than most cat foods. The cartons they come in, individually packed in a lily's box, are small but very well made and high quality. Easy to open.The only reason I vote 4* is that I noticed the past 2 orders smell a little different to the first order of this product that I made and also had more of the jelly substance. The dates on the boxes were new each time so they were definitely fresh, potentially the product itself changed but this isn't something I can confirm only speculate.My kitten stopped eating this after about 4 weeks and wouldn't touch it. This could be due to her sassy attitude or potentially the product itself changing (again I can only speculate) and she now eats dry food happily.In conclusion; if you are looking for a pure pate food to try I would recommend trying this, especially if your kitten has a sensitive tummy.

Usually my 3 cats are extremely greedy however they refuse to eat this food lol, they sniff it and walk away! Oh well, it might not be every cats taste

This is the only kitten patè I can find for kittens and my baby girl loves it. She's a very fussy kitty but loves lily's ❤️

Good product high protein my kitten loves all flavours just not chicken he isn’t a picky eater would recommend if you’re looking to feed high protein for very large breeds

My kitten isn't a fan but that's just dependent on the cat. She'll eat it if we miz in some other food or treat. It's easy to transfer the food from tin to bowl, though

The first couple of trays of this had the kitten in raptures, along with his adoptive brother. From tray four onwards, however, neither of them has wanted to eat it. I’m left with a bunch of leftover food neither cat will eat, and not the cheapest at that. It smells nice enough, as these things go, but they’re clearly not impressed once they bite into it.As you only get one flavour per pack, I can’t even switch to a different one in case it’s just one flavour they’re not happy with. I shall probably give this to a neighbour to feed the hedgehogs, or see whether one of the local rescues might like it. I do wonder if there is somehow something “wrong” with these, but have no way of knowing. Won’t be buying again, though.

My girl absolutely loves this, keeps licking her lips after in case she missed anything.Price keeps going up on here, I don't mind paying a bit more but it's getting silly!

The product came well packaged. My kittens absolutely love lilies kitchen. It was also recommended to me by somebody else as it has the highest amount of actual meet content inside it and the kittens also love it as they devour it every time it is served.
