My order was delivered, but  the package was been left in the sun on a 90° day, could that have destroyed the usability of the product?

Anyone feel hungover the day after taking this?

Yes you can feel groggy or hung over a little (like a mild version of feeling that you've overslept) but in my experience, trying it out on the weekend or other but giving yourself 3-4 days plus to get used to it (same if you took Ambien, etc) would be ideal.  Plan on a full night's sleep (8 hours) and don't plan to go on a drive or operate machinery (just basic precautions) Having said that, we've (3 people same family) never had any issues with it.

Is the lid child proof?

No, it’s not, unless your child is unfamiliar with screw-on caps. I might recommend a different container supplied by you or, stating the obvious, keep this and all meds WAY out of the reach of children. As the father of 3 daughters, they were quite resourceful and could find their way into “child proof” lids/bottles, hence I kept my meds either hidden or I watched my girls like a hawk…..presumably without them knowing. NEVER underestimate the capabilities of a determined kid!!!
