Good for restless dog
My older 65 lb coon hound gets very restless at night. One of these settles her right down so she can go to sleep. Originally bought for myself but I read that melatonin can be very calming for dogs so I decided to give it a try. It’s a nice low dose. Doesn’t do a thing for me but dog loves it. Wish PURE made a chewable one for dogs. I have to give it with a little butter.

Worked with my body chemistry, Good brand!
I've tried several brands and these seem to work the best with my body chemistry. Added magnesium and finally got my sleep pattern re-adjusted. May not work the same for everyone, but the best for me!

Pretty good
This works best if I add L-Theanine. If I take it alone, it takes a lot longer to fall sleep.

It works!!!!
It worked for me. This along with magnesium helped me sleep. I'm very sensitive so 3mg was plenty. You can go up to 30mg if needed.
