Can this be used with a tee tree and eucalyptus anti fungal body wash ?

I would think that would be safe as long as you follow the makers instructions. I find the cream most effective, it is my go to antiseptic remedy for everyday topical bites,scratches and spots and rashes....use sparingly. Good luck, hope it all works for you!

Is it non-greasy and does it get absorbed into the skin

It will leave a slightly oily film but, compared with some other products, melts in pretty well. Use it sparingly and massage in gently if possible, depending on the condition of skin. I find it very effective.

can i use on my dogs warts

I would be careful as the tree is strong unless u make your dog where a cone as if they licks it could make them ill.
