Could i put creosote in this?

You could but unless the creosote is cleaned out thoroughly afterwards it tends to gum up the works. White spirit cannot be used as it may damage the bottle.

Could this be used for spraying cooking oil?

Can you attach an extension wand to this?

I have never tried. Why don't you just buy something like this if you want an extension wand Hozelock 5 Litre Sprayer (Maximum fill* 3 Litre) for the Treatment of Plants using Herbicides, Pesticides, Fungicides or Applying Liquid Fertiliser
