Q: Can you use this over hand cream or balm like working hands?

I wouldn’t have thought there’s any point in doing so.. effectively this is a hand cream which traps moisture in your skin. If yours is already rough and broken I’d use the OKeeffe Working Hands until they are better and then continue with this. I have worked my way through many hand creams including working hands which I found too greasy but this is one of two favourite ones I use all the time.

Hello Sarah Thanks for your question. Yes Gloves In A Bottle (GIAB) could certainly help with cracked tips on your thumbs. Simply apply a small amount (pea-sized amount) to clean dry skin and rub in well. GIAB works by helping to enhance the skin's natural barrier and reduce the loss of natural oils from the lowers layers so helping the natural healing process.It is waterproof so will protect from the drying effects of repetitive hand washing and use of alcohol based sanitisers. Apply a pea-sized amount to clean dry skin, rub in well and allow to dry completely. Reapply every 2-3 hours for continued protection. Hi Patricia Thanks for your question. Gloves In A Bottle is designed to create a protective 'shield' with the outer layer of skin and will protect from chemicals and irritants which could cause flare ups of skin conditions like dermatitis and eczema. It doesn't stop the skin from sweating (it is non comodogenic) but it will help protect your hands from being exposed to sweat trapped under your gloves which could result in skin being irritated. Gloves In A Bottle should be applied to clean dry skin and allowed to dry completely before putting on your gloves. Worth the money, great for dry hand & keeping them protected.

Didnt even know this existed but so glad i found it, just put some on before i start my shift & just top it up every 4 ish hlurs & its great, keeps my hands hydrated & protects my skin, keeps them hydrated & protects your skin from all the rubbish that ends up on my hands as i work in a physical environment that causes my hands to go really dry. Love the stuff, also lasts a while, defo getting the scented one next time though.Got themselves a regualr customer. 👌🏻

I’m a cleaner and was recommended this to use. Protects my hands during work, doesn’t last as long as I would have thought but it makes my hands feel lovely and full of moisture! Smells nice and great value for money

Great!

Really like this hand cream and would recommend if you don’t like greasy formulas, as it sinks in to nothing in no time. Very lightweight. Whilst it’s no miracle cure for my hands- I suffer with cracked bleeding hands due to ocd and excessive hand washing- it’s still a good hand cream. The idea that it creates a barrier to protect the skin is really essential for me. If there was a slightly thicker version for winter I would definitely buy it! Would def recommend nonetheless, and I think it would even be a nice little gift too.

The very best cream for split and chapped hands EVER!

I bought this product after reading the great reviews so first of all I want to thank everybody who took the time to write them. I was at my wits end with the damaged skin on my hands, I could not find anything to heal up the cracks that kept appearing from work I do and cold weather yet I found this cream to be an ABSOLUTE GODSEND. it is the only cream ever to tackle this problem, in just a few days it was all healed and has stayed healed. My hands are soft, it's not greasy, it moisturises lovely, I can't sing the praises of this cream high enough. I hope I have explained OK

Healing my skin problem 🤞 only been using it a few days

I’ve only used gloves in a bottle for a few days for my cracked and peeling fingertips and so far this product seems to be solving the problem 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻I’ve tried many other lotions and potions with no success. So I’ll continue to use gloves in a bottle from now on and hope for even better results with regular use

Wow this is the BEST hand cream EVER!!
