Missing hardware
Twice the vendor sent the item with missing hardware. The vendor can’t be contacted directly. The product looks nice, but the packing service is poor and the vendor’s customer service non existent. I would never purchase from this vendor again.

Closet must have
My husband upgraded my closet! So I needed something to hang clothes on for the next day. It camr in and was perfect for me to be organize and it makes the closet look nicer!

Missing part
I received this product but there was a missing piece- the trouser bar. Amazon was not able to assist me in trying to replace the one piece. I would not suggest ordering this item from amazon or using Proman products- the manufacturer.

Expensive for what it is but overall I’m satisfied
I was searching for a white valet stand to match the interior of my house and this is the only one I could find on Amazon that I like. The item has no reviews and it’s pricey but I decided to take a chance. Upon arrival, I found that it was packaged nicely. However, QC must’ve missed a minor scratch/paint chip as shown in the picture. Debated whether I was going to return it but decided I can probably touch it up with paint.Overall, it was easy to assemble, quality is pretty good and exactly what I was looking for. I would’ve given this 5 stars but the minor scratch/chip and price brought it down to 4 stars.
