check the size
This is a quality product but too small for what is an average caravan hitch. I don't recall seeing any obvious measurements. If I could get the correct size I would purchase this product any time.

Good product for the price
Good product for the money. Obviously you pay for what you get but this is good for the cost of it to stop people just hinging the trailer on. It's easy to take on and off.

Really disappointed
I ordered this after reading great reviews for my first ever horse trailer.I put it on 1 week ago and attempted to take it off today excited to practice towing the box and the key snapped in the lock.Disappointed is an understatement

Basic but useable
Basic but does lock OK. Not sure how secure it actually is.Time will tell but seems OK and it does make the trailer look like it is locked, so could still be deterrent.

Fits My Caravan
Bought to get Caravan Insurance. I have a Indespention hitch with a Triple Lock mechanism, which is a captive ball which gets locked inside the hitch head with a key. They key was broken so the ball part of this device fits inside the hitch head and the U bracket fits over the top. The lock is probably not the strongest, but my insurers insisted upon some sort of lock, even a cheap generic one such as this, so it does the job it was bought for.
