Very good. Expensive
Expensive! I actually feel annoyed.However, it’s good because it’s aimed at adults and not assuming any fitness level or body shape. I really appreciate this holistic approach and these leg workouts are perfect.It’s very straightforward, easy to follow instruction, professional, effective and quite enjoyable. It’s not too long; the correct length.The warm-ups and exercises are done correctly and professionally.But her suggestions about ‘like an elephant flapping its ears’ etc irritate: I could do without that.I expected there to be a lot more on here than there is, for the price. But it’s the best one I’ve found. If it had been more reasonably priced, or if they’d included the other dvd in for the price, I’d have felt more positive about it.

Excellent
This is a great ballet excersize/warm up class for beginners and intermediates alike. I go to adult ballet classes and it’s what we do there to warm up that is on this dvd. Just what I wanted!

Highly recommend - exemplary service
I am really enjoying working with this DVD. I started an adult beginners class back in November 2016 and wanted a ballet practice DVD I could work with between classes. This DVD is excellent as I feel very safe in the hands of the instructress who demonstrates the movements clearly and slowly with great attention to posture and body self-awareness. I have been practising with it most weeks and can feel my posture and body tone improving step by step plus a strengthening of my inner core. And the service I have received has been exemplary. I highly recommend this DVD for all those who are taking their first steps in ballet.

Great beginner dvd
Clear and informative, good focus on technique and pitched at a great level - enough challenge for absolute beginners and those with some experience

Good for beginners to get started with.
Instructions are clear and easy to follow but you do need a bit of space to practice in and you must have something to act as a barre.

Just like attending a class
This is the DVD I was looking for in between attending ballet classes. The instruction is clear and well demonstrated, the filming is great and it is a really enjoyable class for a beginner. I am looking forward to getting the next level up.

Its a very good warm up, but I would have liked to have seen a few more barre and centre exercises
