Can it be used on a fiberglass boat?

the wax polish should enhance the paint work on the boat, always test a small area first

How long does it take to apply this to a panel? And does it work well on black cars?

About the same as other polishes application wise. It does leave a good gloss look finish. If you're looking to eliminate small scratches from a black car I'd recommended Poorboy's black hole.

Can it be used on a motorhome

It can but only in a shaded area out of the sun.

safe to use with polishing machines

the item is best applied with a waffle pad, hand only to be fair there is no further information regarding using a polishing machine.
