Salty and chewy
I made it and I ate it all, but it took a few days as it was very salty. The grains were a bit tough too, which I have noticed happens in parboiled rices. I think it’s a fix with a longer cooking time. Too much salt tends to inhibit absorption of water in grains as well. Was tasty in small portions, though. Good as a small accompaniment to roasted veggies, or in an elegant mushroom/veggie seitan wrap.

Delicious for a box
I used to make my own risotto from scratch. This boxed version is Surpringly flavorful and delicious with truffle coming through. So easy to make too!

Flavor, wow! This is delicious! Easy to prepare, it turns any dinner into a gourmet treat. A little more expensive than a plain risotto, but well worth it.

Great flavor
I love truffles & find it difficult to find at stores, so generally order from Amazon. The truffle Mac & cheese is wonderful too. I’m finding all the Sabatino products I’ve tried to be outstanding! I will continue to purchase the products I’ve tried & would try any product from this provider! Definitely would recommend.
