Lavilin Underarm Deodorant Cream

Very good!

I am on my 3rd/4th pot of this product now so I guess that means I like it! I haven’t found anything else that has matched this to keep unwanted odour at bay. Sadly it has increased in price by quite a bit since my first purchase of it which is annoying but it does last a while. I use it twice a week. I have also tried the Lavilin 72hr roll-on version but it did not live up to this so sucked up the price rise. It doesn’t have much smell to it, pretty odourless to me which I like. You get a little applicator so you don’t get it under your nails trying to scoop out of the pot. It is a very thick substance so I tend to smear it on my armpits, lower my arms to warm it for 30 seconds before spreading it, as this makes it far easier to cover the whole area without using too much.

I’ve been using this product for a number of years and it gives me on average a 7 day protection against odour (5 days minimum, 9 days maximum). I haven’t found anything better yet. That said, the last time I bought it in 2019, I paid £9.60 and this year the cheapest offer is more than 50% more expensive. Very disappointing! So, product quality 5 stars but value for money is down to 2 stars now.

Why did you choose this product over others?: used it used it before loved it kept me feeling fresh and non smelly. Only apply it once a week so for me Monday was the day did not have to think of it all week

Honestly, this did not work for more than an hour--no matter how closely I followed instructions or reapplied. As I began to sweat, I seriously smelled like marijuana--the herb mix was not flattering. A big 'NO' from me!

I didn't find this cream very effective. Despite following the directions conscientiously I was beginning to smell after a day. I have gone back to using my crystal deodorant which works brilliantly for me.

I don't normally give 5 star reviews, but there's genuinely nothing I'd change about this product. I've just bought my second pot of cream, and the first one has lasted me 12 months. I followed the instructions and it worked great for me, lasting at least 7 days and often more. I quite like that it's not an antiperspirant, so I still sweat just without the smell. A few tips: - I use a small pea size of cream for each under arm, and you've got to make sure you do the whole area, otherwise the missed bit will start to smell sooner - Try not to shave (if you do) for a few days after application, otherwise it might remove some unabsorbed cream and not last as long - Putting the cream on last thing at night on soap-clean underarms gave me the best results and gave it more time to absorb so it was less visible (it might take a day to fully disappear) I don't know why more people don't use this, can't rate it high enough! It gets a bonus star because I don't have to wash my tops quite as often now too.

I don't understand any bad review about it. I have been using this 10 years! I don't remember a single day of a bad smell underarm.. It allows perspiration but prevents bacteria that cause bad smell.. simple as that

An amazing product that works so well. A tiny amount of cream applied under the arms into the natural creases (where bacteria grows), and you'll be smelling sweet for days. I perspire a lot and love waking up in the morning still odor free. I use it every 5 days or so. I even put a little between my breasts to help with sweating odor.

My skin is very soft and sensitive and i used this product for a week now and it is very effective and visible difference. I recommend this product.
