Wrong colour and so thin

Was so disappointed, the mat was in a vacuum bag, cut it open and even after leaving it out to expand it remained as paper thin as can be, and I’m sorry for almost €20 a total rip off, and ontop of that it was light grey and not a charcoal colour as advertised
