I would think once it has cured you can paint over it, i myself found it to be waste of money wish i had never bought it, we are going to to remove the roof 20m2 and start again using a warm roof with torch on felt , thus stopping the need to buy this kind of roof repair anyway hope this helps you

Solvent based. Does have a smell while curing but relatively low odour

We recommend 1-2kg per msq depending on the surface it is to be used on. As an example we would use 1.5kg per msq on a medium mineral felt.
