No instructions! Is the white organ with the little wings the bladder, is the red removable oval organ the uterus? I'm confused, please help

The organ with the wings is the uterus with the Fallopian tubes as the wings and the ovaries dangling in the ends. The colors are different on mine. The red oval organ is the bladder. Hope that helps!

Can you use this model to demonstrate how to insert tampon?

Is the tampon planned to stop bleeding after cut of skin tissue due to difficulty of giving birth? if so, this model needs skin to cover on it, exchangable skin.

Could this be used to teach how to do internal assessment of pelvic floor muscles? Can a finger be inserted "vaginally"?

No a finger cannot be admitted into the vaginal opening on this model it is too small. It’s a great visual model but would not be good to teach pelvic exams, cervical dilation etc..
