I want to change the outlet to a different adaptor (e.g. to 1/8NPT male outlet): what thread would the adaptor need to screw into the regulator body?

Please confirm operating pressure quoted as 230bar is a typo and should be 320bar. The picture shows the bottle pressure gauge redlined at about 320.

I bought thus item in 2016 but I sold the set to somebody on Gumtree a coupe of years ago, before the virus, so I can't remember to be honest but they did work well though.. although you could try contacting Langley Welding direct who supplied it as I got in touch with them about another item before that and they were very helpful . Hope this helps

Can I use this with an only co2 tank, for homebrewing?

I assume you mean with a beer gas bottle to pressurise a keg etc. Provided you can get a suitable hose this would certainly do the job.
