No - you should send it Royal Mail recorded/signed for or special.

Should we inform the company of the due date via the Amazon customer service route?

After you have placed your order, you are able to contact the seller and inform Body Clock of the due date. Alternatively you can email amazon@bodyclock.co.uk with the due date, remember to included your name and order number.

How many times can you use the pads?

Although they remain sticky I would think they are single use to be truly effective
