Fresh and tasty blend of berries n seeds. Can be eaten directly or csn be added to smoothies, custard anc shakes etc. For cost cutting, very few berries are there...mostly there are seeds n black raisins.

Quality of the product is so good. Salted seeds and nuts with raspberries and dry grapes. Tastes yummy. Good for a snack and also for fiber intake. Aids well in weight loss. Best while taken with fruits. No bad smell and package is sealed properly.
