Effaclar Duo+M SPF30 Anti-Blemish Moisturiser, Dual Action Mattifying Face Cream for Oily and Blemish-Prone Skin, Reduces Appearance of Spots and Marks, 40ml

My favourite day cream. I have pmos/pcos and acne on the lower part of my face. It helps to prevent acne and deminish acne scars. It's very light but moistureses enough. It also lasts for several months if used once a day.

I have to admit this is really good. Does exactly what it says on the tin. I have pretty messed up perimenopausal skin, and I'm prone to breakouts. Been using for 8 weeks now and honestly the difference it's made is huge. I can't say I've noticed a difference yet on old acne marks, but what it has done is stopped breakouts almost completely. The only downside is you do seem to need to use more of it than a regular moisturiser, and it's only a small tube, but honestly the price is worth it. Really, really impressed.

I don't normally splash out on beauty and skincare stuff but I had a breakout after using sun cream on my face as well as hormonal spots so I thought I'd try this cream. It's so good. After a couple of uses my skin is absolutely perfect.

I have been using this product along with the medicube pore toning pads (blue ones) and the La Roche-Posay cleanser and when I tell you that these 3 products saved me skin I’m not kidding. I don’t have as many breakouts, my skin is so clear (using my duac cream to try help with my scarring) but I am so impressed. It is so worth the money!

Seems ok does its job

I usually use the SPF Effaclar and recently switched to Duo+M recently and happy with it moisturise & sets well under makeup. Not sure if it’s as good in reducing the breakout as the original!

Excelente producto, me llegó super rápido ayer lo use en la noche y amanecí con mi cara mejor. Sufro de acne hormonal y con una noche vi desinflamados los brotes. Claro que lo seguiré usando.
