So far I am impressed with this high Tongkat Ali Longjack . It has helped with decreasing cortisol levels immediately. Boosting testosterone will probably take 2-3 weeks but I am confident my levels will increase . I did research prior to purchasing and I can honestly say this is the best on the market .
