is this coffee freeze dried?

No it is not - just ground and vacuum packed. If you like your coffee strong but not bitter this coffee is for you

is this suitable for an Espresso Machine please?

I use it on my gaggia expresso machine. it says on the packaging that it is suitable. Provided of course your machine is suitable for ground coffee and not pods

Ordered this as a pack of 12 and only 1 arrived. I’ve paid for 12. Messaged seller twice and had no response. Very frustrated please contact me

I ordered three times and i received the same …12 packs

How many heaped teaspoonfuls to use with a cafetiere for one mug (350 ml.) of coffee?

I would start off with three teaspoons then adjust as required in future
