where are they made ??

It does not say on the screwdrivers themselves but I suspect that they are made in the People's Republic of China. Don't let that put you off.

In the options. Transparent and multi. Obviously multi is multiple but what’s the transparent option. Is that supposed to mean just 1 set ?

Hi There! I think its just a typo error. Having bought the set the lid is transparent. There is no other "actual" multi option as far as I can see on the product listing. I cut my lid off so the set fits in my roll cabinet system.

Does the silver part on the handle of the screwdriver rotate as you are using the tool?

Definitely should not rotate, the hexagon at the end of the handle is there so you can use a spanner if the screw is really tight and can't be undone just by hand.
