Absolutely love these . I bought a pair for about £70 which are quite decent....but these just knock my socks off !So clear and bright ...I'm amazed at the quality and magnification...I was seeing things out to sea that I couldn't even see were there with the naked eye !You can tell the quality of them because they're a bit heavier then others, the build quality is superb .They are my new love ...I've even started bird watching ...love these...highly recommended

They do what they are supposed to
Nothing to dislike really .I also have the 8 x 56 and both I think are great value for money.The 12 x 56 are certainly better for distant objects but not just as sharp as the 8 x 56 .Both have a purposePerhaps may be a little heavy for some but in this price bracket , I think more than acceptable

Decent binoculars, good for bird watching, bad for night-time star gazing.
These are great to handle, and work beautifully in decent light.For watching wildlife, these are perfect. They are light, well balanced and easy to use.Not suitable for astronomy though, they have some coma and other aberrations which is very visible when looking at small/point light sources like stars and planets. Understandable, but I was a little disappointed.
