I began ordering Iberia Turbinado Sugar when I decided to make my foods more nutrient dense. Since then, I discovered that it did not spike my blood sugar nearly as much as regular white sugar. I love the flavor, and the price from Iberia is very reasonable, though I would love to hear from them about their farming practices. I have had a lot of problems with it not dissolving as well as other sugars, but a quick grind in my coffee/spice grinder fixes that. I prefer it this way, as I tend to over-sweeten things anyway, so I generally leave it coarse. It is a nice sized bag that I reorder each month in a subscription.

Goodbye large quantity of sugar it seemed to be nice and fresh it wasn't a clumped together very happy with this purchase seems to be a nice fine grind. Great for use in coffee which is how I will be using it.

A good sugar. Good flavor for iced tea. Not too sweet. Taking off one star because the bag arrived with a slit and sugar spilled into the packaging. Doesnt melt easily because each grain is hard, but when it does melt it completely dissolves. Would purchase again.

the product is good, its what i expected. however the handling of the package on behalf of amazondrivers and or warehouse is so poor, the packages arrive all damaged…i happen to see how the drivers handle boxes and they give the impression that they are not happy with their job.
