Diagnosed with burning mouth syndrome. Recommended these by dental hospital. Been taking one a day for 5 days and I have seen an improvement to my sore tongue. No weight loss. Early days but can already notice a difference

What a difference these capsules seem to be making,I suffered really bad pins and needles and burning sensations in my feet,started taking 1 capsule a day but hardly noticed any difference,then read more about these capsules,I now take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening .The change in my feet is amazing,hardly any burning sensation and what I would describe as nettle rash has virtually disappeared.I can thoroughly recommend them and will continue to buy them,this is an honest report and anyone can contact me to ask any questions.

I greatly enjoy this combination of 600mg alpha lipoic acid and l archatamin, the price however does not reflect true value considering this is a combination product but here in lies the rub one pill convers the strength and combination I am after makes for a happy bunny and there are 120 pills enough for a few months if taken in moderation seem to be similar to the effect I get using two seperate bottles, but time is the only true test of these particular pills, but so far very pleased

I went to my regular endo appointment and asked for a prescription for nerve pain. She asked if I had tried the alpha lipoic acid as she had recommended on my last visit. I admitted that I didn't remember that recommendation so she wrote it down. When I got home, I researched the supplement and decided that I would order the 600 mg. and take it twice per day. I upped it to 3 x daily after a few weeks. At 6 weeks, I noticed a huge reduction in nerve pain. I rarely feel strong nerve pain now and when I do, it's mild. The only problem is that I have to take a lot of water with it to get it down. I don't know why, maybe the shape of the capsule. I don't have this problem with other meds or supplements. The second thing is that I need to take food with it otherwise it burns my esophagus a little bit after swallowing. The 3rd side effect for me is that my urine smells as if I had eaten asparagus. It's such an odd side effect but it doesn't bother me. Actually, none of the side effects bother me because this ala works so well. I'm glad I stuck with it for as long as I did . At 6 weeks, I really noticed a difference. My pcp was very interested when I told her about the alpha lipoic acid, asked questions and took notes. I can't wait to see my endo in a couple of days and report back about the effectiveness of this supplement. I chose this one because of the price. The other brands are super expensive. If I didn't need to concern myself with cost, I would pick one with a non-gelatin capsule.
