Good prince and cheapest then shopping’s. However, I would like the diver to have rang my flat intercom rather just leaving there in the front porch because I am home. Apart of this I am happy with the product.

this is, the BEST, magnesium type you can take. this brand and the product is fantastic. ten outta ten!!

Dosage too high to take daily
Quality ok but be aware that these 8 mg tablets exceed the adequate intake of manganese, which is around 2 mg/day. Doses over 11 mg/day can cause parkinsonism and it would be easy to exceed that if taking these tablets daily, whilst also eating manganese-rich foods. I therefore take one of these twice a week rather than every day.

Great buy
I have always been well hydrated but I still used to get cramps at the slightest exertion. So a friend said that manganese worked for her. No harm in giving it a go. These worked a treat, I get much less cramps now.

Stay away if you ain't deficient
If you are really deficient than it's worth it but gave me horrible stiff joints like parkons or something the day I took these.
