What is the weight and dimensions for this ball?

The balls are slightly bigger than a normal tennis ball. As I bought these over a year ago I really don't remember the weight - possibly similar to an adult tennis ball. I bought them for my grandson who was approx. 3 years old. I would think they would be suitable for 3-9 years old. Not really meant for serious tennis.

Can I use these balls to train indoors as an adult at beginner level?

Hi, these balls are ideal for a beginner to practice their technique as they sit up to be hit. They are quite light though so be aware that a normal tennis ball will be heavier when you hit it.

is it hard or spongy. I am looking for something hard that bounce nice on home carpet (indoor) but don't smash my telly :),
