This is shiny luster powder If you want to colour the chocolate use black dusting colour. even better to use Black Chocolate Food Colour (20g) by Deco Relief -search on Amazon B016YSNA4Y Thanks

It works best on sugar icing , if you wanted black sparkle to sprinkle over your cheesecake , the you would be better with "Rainbow Dust Edible , black glitter " , hope this helps ?
