I would highly recommend this product for thinning chocolate as it works very well and make life easy for making cakesicles and cake pops. The drawback is the amount of time for delivery as I believe the product is not readily available in the UK.

Thins candy melts for sweets and cake pops. Leaves a bit of a tastse. Just A little better than trex or crisco for the same job, making it an expensive thinner, by comparison.

Wish id known about this sooner. Just what i needed to get a good consistency for candy melts and cake pops. Only a small amount made the melts runny and i was able to dip and twissle marshmallows and cake pop in the meltd rather than trying to paste on with a spoon. Arrived quickly and well packaged will be re ordering.

Very cool product! Normally i would just use shortening but i heard wonders of these cristals and i really liked them. It is a little expensive for just one thing that i used it. Also, if they are getting delivered to you and they put them in a Parcel locker, go get them ASAP or they will melt really fast and it will be harder to separate portions since its all one big block. Oh, and make sure to put them in a cool dark place, if not put it in the back of your fridge.
