Does this come with a measuring cup?

Yes it does. If you zoom in on the picture of the product you can just about see it. But my recollection was that it did come with a measuring cup attached to the lid.

Hi. Is this the liquid form of the pellets? 2 of my 5 chooks are looking a bit wappit and have stopped laying, I'm looking for a tonic. Thanks

This is a liqued wormer, you add to drinking water. I would'nt call it a tonic. My chooks won't eat the pellet form but will drink it in there water. You can get tonics for chickens, but don't forget with the shorter days they will lay less good luck.

I intend using verm-x by soaking in bread should I use it neat or dilute ( what% with water)

I always dilute. I give my chickens porridge so you could make the porridge and then put some in with that and mix in.

I have a chook with recurring crop impact ion and have to give liquid paraffin regularly as an intervention. Is this product be a better alternative?

No .not for crop impaction mainly for preventing intestinal infestations.
