Would this be ok for plum picking please?

I think it would work, yes. The space between the prongs is quite small anyway, and if the plums are ripe a bit of jiggling would get them in the basket for sure. I guess it depends what kind of plums you have too... If they are tightly spaced then you might find it more tedious. Also, If you're dissatisfied they are very responsive (my first one arived a bit bent from the post, and they sent me another straight away).

Not really unless they are quite small. The net is about 5/6 inches in diameter, perfect for Bramley cookers if taken singly or in pairs if they are slightly smaller than normal. Eating apples should take two but any more would be pure luck! This is still a good item and worth the money.

Would this be suitable for picking figs

If the fruits are very ripe, I would worry about damage to the fruit and soiling the cloth bag. Best for firm fruit picking.
