Good product and arrive in pristine condition

I was a bit worried at the beginning from some negative comments, I ordered the 256GB version and received it on time. The item was brand new & sealed. It’s not old stock as stated by some reviews. I received the new stock and the device works as described. I just had to leave this honest review.

No issues on receiving the item and delivery was fast, this was hard to find on a store on UAE so was happy when i saw amazon was selling

Have been using Steam Deck for about two months now, and can confidently say it's worth the money. Very easy and intuitive to use, comfortable to hold in hands for an extended amount of time. Witnessed great performance at 800p video quality, along with 60FPS in most of the games up to the PS4/Xbox One era. Probably wouldn't recommend to those who expect to play recent titles on high/ultra settings with no hiccups, because you most likely won't be able to achieve it with the available hardware.Overall great device, the only downside is that I received a US charger instead of the promised UK charger stated in the description!

The console is so well-built. Comes with the original carry case and charger. Great buy if you already own a lot of Steam deck games. 60hz refresh rate but the sound and screen quality is 10/10. Love playing the classic emulators on it

Very nice , best choice

I bought it less than a year ago, and I used ot a couple of times, and out if the blue when I tried to turn it on, it didn't work at all. I tried to contact the company for the warranty, and they advised that I need to pay more money for them to contact me.I will be in touch with Salameh care and Amazon as per the post, and I will update my review based on their response and assistance. I dont recommend anyone to buy it

Sealed and in perfect condition only issue is US plug but not a big deal
