Is it Sticky? Shiney?

It’s not sticky at all. It’s a nice gloss. I believe the ads of plumping your lips are a bit exaggerated, as I saw no difference. So it is expensive for just a gloss. Testimonials do say it makes a difference in lip size. I’m just not willing to pay the manufacturer’s price for gloss.

I am 42 and this if the bf rat product I actually consistently have used for over a year. Surprised by negative reviews. It plumps and has a tiny amount of color. I have it on reorder. I need an SPF version now
