Easy morning protein fix
Tastes good (I add a bit of liguid honey) and although the protein powder taste/texture is just about there, it is way less noticeable than other similar products. Takes longer to microwave than it says on the packet, but its not exactly difficult to stick it in for an extra minute or so! Relatively decent price too - I'll be buying it again.

Tastes decent!
I make it up using boiling water only and it makes a textural, thick porridge that I can flavour how I please (maple syrup or fruits/nuts mix are both good). Don't get the chocolate and raspberry one, you can thank me now for taking that hit so you don't have to.

Unflavoured version is horrible.
Serving reccomendd two scoops, however I can only stomach half. I usually have to mix with 'Ready Brek' to make it more managable. It tastes pretty horrible.

Be aware of the false claims
I'm not here to say whether the product works or not. I have used it before and find it to be ok in terms of texture and taste - though I prefer others on the market. What I do want to point out is the MULTIPLE FALSE CLAIMS in the product description, which go against British Advertising laws. The first claim is that protein must be heat stable and, if not, it's 'worthless'. This is repeated twice and is a blatant lie. I'm a biologist - all protein itself is 'worthless' if one is being pedantic - it's the amino acids that make up protein molecules that are useful. We ONLY absorb these when protein is broken down - by heat and acid. It's why we cook food. And nobody would ever suggest that eating cooked meat makes protein 'worthless'. We NEED food to NOT be heat-stable - we specifically need protein to be broken down so it can be absorbed through our intestines. If it can't be broken down, it can't be absorbed, and so gets pooped out! They also claim 'undenatured protein' provides an 'instant' source - that's another lie. Protein MUST BE DENATURED (a fancy way of saying 'broken down') to be absorbed through the intestinal wall. This is usually carried out by our own stomach acid and digestive enzymes, if not already denatured by cooking processes (it's why it's stupid of body-builders to ever eat 'raw' eggs!). Denatured protein could be an 'instant' source. Protein itself can NEVER BE INSTANT as it MUST be denatured (broken down) to be absorbed. They also claim that their protein source leads to "ultra-fast absorption". Protein CANNOT BE ABSORBED - protein MUST be denatured and digested into its component amino acids, and it is those amino acids which are absorbed. And as it can take hours to fully digest protein (the reason we feel full for longer) it most definitely cannot be absorbed 'ultra-fast'. These are blatantly false claims, and most GCSE students would be able to spot them as it's something they're taught at age 13. If a protein replacement product tells you it might reduce hunger, might make you feel full for longer etc, these things are true. If it's telling you that protein must be heat stable, that protein is absorbed, that protein shouldn't be denatured etc, these things are lies - and should make you question if buying the product is worthwhile. We have to have faith that such products are being honest in their nutritional information, but that's difficult when they're lying about basic school-level science.
