Excellent product and great service. Those of you expecting a wonderful immediate energy boost can have a strong coffee. This works in the background and combined with a good diet and various other supplements it will really add to your workout. Muscle fatigue is less and post recovery better. I bought this for my husband who was devastated after a 20 day flu this winter. He felt so weak he could not manage to return to normal daily activities. This product is amazing helped him to re-start and feel much better than before too. I was also contacted by the seller to enquire about my satisfaction and I can certainly say the have the best customer service ever.

In my opinion it should be advertised as a 1 month supply, as many sources claim that a correct dosage of l carnitine tartrate is 2g per day in order to see visible effects. Value for money, probably ok, not great though. Main benefit of this supplement is a rise in androgen receptors in male bodies (not so much in regards to losing fat unfortunately). It should work, although if there's zero effect on me, I'll probably update my review. So far, seems fine.

One of the best on the market. I either take these or EAAs as a powder when I do my workouts. These tablets make me feel a bit leaner.

I bought this supplement because I suffer from fibromyalgia (characterised by fatigue and widespread muscle pain) and L Carnitine helps boost energy levels at the mitochondria level. I take it in combination with Alpha-lipoic acid and together they are reputed to help with muscle function. At first I took it for 4 months and noticed gradual improvement over this period. I then discontinued it for 2 months which resulted in deterioration. So I recommenced it about a month ago and I am pleased to say the improvement has returned. It has been a subtle change, but definitely real. It is great to find something that helps and this particular brand comes in the right strength for me. I will be continuing to use it!

I am using this in conjunction with Siberian Ginseng, but the effect is very positive, increased energy levels and libido within a few days and more energy at the gym...would recommend

I have been using it for couple of weeks and I have increased the dosage from 1 to 3 but I have not noticed any changes when I am lifting weights. My energy level is almost the same even without using this product.
