These are supposed to fight the type of dementia which comes from plaque on brain cells. So worth trying. In any event the omega stuff is good for you. So nothing to lose x

Cod liver oil taken for development and growth
My two sons have been taking this supplement for about 10 years now. When I learnt more about the good that cod liver oil can do for developing children I looked for a supplement that would be clean in make up. This is the one that gave me most confidence. It is not the cheapest, but it is definitely the best. My kids are now both adults and they still seem to be happy taking this. The smell is minimal and doesn't seem to bother them. It is easy to swallow but both boys just chew them which shows they are not impacted by taste of smell. This helps with cognitive development especially for memory. Both have excellent sleep quality and I am unsure if this is part of that.

Perfect for size, strength and health. Easy to sallow (though pretty big) but they are effective at their job and quick to use. Don’t smell Minus a couple of stars as I believe the gel cap could be a different proxy rather that gelation
