I am diabetic. How much sugar is Kool-Aid?

There is no sugar in Kool Aid, you add the sugar to the drink when you mix it with water. However you can easily substitute sugar for a powdered sweetener like splenda, it's what I do.

Yes! It even has vitamin C added.

It's personal taste. We found them very bitter but then some people like that. We ended up using them to make paint with yogurt so it didn't matter if our toddler ate it.
