Can this be used with a airbrush

Yes, it can be used with an airbrush. That is actually a good way to apply and control where the glitter goes.

Will this work as glitter for lip balm please?

Yes it work on lip balms and body butter I have used it in my own works very well

Would this be ok for vegan?

I wouldn't buy it for consumption, it states in the write up that even though it would be harmless if swallowed its not sold for consumption. Its for decorating things that can be removed. I sent mine back as I believe it was false advertising.
