So far the best ramen noodles I tried
I've been buying these for a year now and so far still haven't seen better one on UK market. The flavour is unique and authentic. I use it for ramen. Perfect fit. Price wise better than what local stores have to offer.

the best ramen, especially if you aren't in Japan
If you are missing Japan and would like a taste of ramen, this is the right noodle. It is good consistency and pairs well with dashinomoto seasoning (need to purchase separately). I have not used them to make authentic ramen, just simple hot noodles with broth. This seller also sells soba noodles, which are made of buckwheat. Both are fantastic. the item is authentic.

Perfect.
Make sure you wash the noodles in boiling water before you cook them fully to get rid of the starch coating and the flavour that adds, after that perfect tasting noodles.

Good noodles , steep price
The noodles are nice and cook to a very nice texture. They provide a moderate flavour that blends well with saltier flavours of miso etc. The pack is quite large and it comes in nice bundles, the price is however quite hefty.

Good flavour and easy to prepare.
Very good noodle, I was happy to see they were easy to cook after spending the whole day preparing my ramen broth. Big plus is that they are suitable for vegans, I wouldn’t be buying them if not that :)

Very Happy
I was bought this by my mum and obsoletely love it. I use it in many dishes and will be buying it again as I just loved the taste. It's easy and quick to cook as the instructions are in english too.

Really great for ramen when you don’t want to make fresh noodles
Excellent alternative to fresh ramen noodles, I’m a big fan, they keep their structure really well as I like mine ‘aldente’ style. Very easy. Love the packaging.

Great dried Ramen
Originally bought as alternative to regular store noodles during Covid lockdown they are now my regular Ramen noodle. Good Portion size in individual paper tapes.

Perfect Ramen Noodles
These are the only ramen noodles I’ll use for our big bowls of homemade ramen. They come in little banded bundles which helps take the guess work out of trying to figure out how much to use, and each package comes with quite a bit. You definitely get your money’s worth. It only takes 3 minutes in boiling water to cook and a little drizzle of oil will keep the ramen from sticking together until they are ready to have shoyu-style or other broth poured on top of them in your ramen bowls. They are quite filling. They will take on the flavor of your broth, yet still have their own taste too, if that makes sense. You’ll never want to go back to those cheap crinkled squares with the little seasoning packets again with how easy it is to make authentic ramen.

Used these with Miso Chashu Pork recipe
I wanted to take my boyfriend to a really good local Japanese Sushi restaurant. I was never a fan of sushi anytime i tried it till a friend took me to this location. My boyfriend is sadly not a fan of sushi but I informed him that they had several different ramens and he decided to order Misco Chachu Pork Ramen. He fell in love with it, and I did as well after he let me taste his. So I decided I had to learn to make it myself. A local store near me had all the ingredients except for one. My store carries a bunch of different authentic asian noodles, except authentic ramen noodles, so i decided to hop on amazon to look and I found these. I am Very happy I decided to try them since I didnt have the needed items to make them myself. I do hope to try and learn to make ramen from scratch but I decided this was the faster answer, and both my boyfriend and I were happy with the end results. I have plenty of left over Miso Chashu Pork Ramen I can freeze and use remaining noodles for when i decided to pull it out and reheat it, or for future test runs of other soups. Item arrived on listed date and I went to work cooking. I did not cook the ramen till I was ready to assemble the bowl with the broth. Noodles came out perfect for me. I used a very large pot and filled it more than halfway full of water, till it began to boil. I set noodles in and they fit in fine, no noodles were left outside of the water. I waited till it began to boil which only took maybe 1-2 minutes and then i set my timer on my phone for 4 minutes. Noodles came out perfect. They were tender and I drained them and them separated the amount for two bowls. I used two of the bundles in the package for two bowls though im sure one bundle is honestly enough for two people, but we were using two large bowls. We were very fully and very satisfied. Hoping to learn more little ramen or other soup recipes to use these with. I dont want to ever touch the highly processed quick ramen noodles after using these.

High Quality Noodles
The noodles are firm and cook very quickly. The per bundle quantity is also good. A tad bit expensive for me though. If I feel fancy or want to treat myself any time, I will definitely buy them again.

These ramen noodles are a satisfying substitute for fresh ramen noodles.
While not particularly delicious, these ramen noodles are perfectly satisfactory as a substitute for fresh ramen noodles, which have a short shelf life. I was born in Japan. Other reviewers have cited the "high sodium content" as a problem, but traditional Japanese dried noodles like udon, soba, ramen, and somen all contain a lot of salt, and reviewers complaining about the "high sodium" are using a fundamentally incorrect cooking method. In other words, use a separate pot for boiling the dried noodles and the pot for making the soup. Never use the water or hot water used to boil the dried noodles in soup! Use it to heat the bowl and then discard it! This cooking method applies to all dried Japanese noodles, including udon, soba, ramen, and somen. Please understand that this is a completely different cooking method from instant fried ramen noodles. It arrived in a very messy and awful package. The noodles were crushed into small pieces and were inedible! I will be hesitant to buy food from Amazon in the future.

The best noodle I can find in the US
This is the best noodles I could find in the US. All the noodles I saw in the Asian supermarket are good looking, but always too much flour and sticky and very easy to break after cooking. It's impossible to use those noodles to make "steamed noodle" or "dried noodle", they are always clumped together and not chewy. This noodle is perfect for making any kind of noodles, including soup noodle (ramen), dried noodle, and steamed noodle. You will know what I am talking about if you are a noodle lover.
