This sauce makes delicious soup with prawns or mushrooms , choi sum and spring onions with some ground black pepper.

Great taste and a very convenient base for Tom Yum soup. Just add prawns, mushrooms and lemongrass and it already tastes very good. You can also adjust the flavour to your own taste by adding a bit of fish sauce or lime juice. The result is very similar to the Tom Yum soup you get in Thai restaurants.

A great paste mix , Robust flavour, good flavour depth and its base spicyness is just right. You can increase the spicyness by adding fresh chillie slices. I recommend this to anyone that wants an authentic thai flavour at home. :)

2nd time ordering this Tom Yum soup mix. Delicious. I add shrimp, mushrooms, tomatoes and a can of coconut milk and it's just like ordering from a restaurant.

As a lover of shrimp tom yum, this mix is pretty close to restaurant quality (and one of the closest of several I've tried). Yes, spicy hot, which I like- I usually need to add chilis in some form to make dishes truly hot, but not this one.And if you want it more sour, as a little freshly squeezed lime juice.
