Very bad product & terrible customer service

Very bad, and the service is terrible. The product is supposed to have a one-year warranty, but the plastic Disk axle broke on the first use—I was just grating cheese! I contacted Braun customer service, and they refused to replace it because it was a physical damage. If it broke on the first use, these products are supposed to last for years. All the other Disk axle in the box are also plastic.

There was no factory seal. Small damage to the box. Power cable was loose and it appears like it is an already opened item.

الان الصوره مطابقه لقطع الجهاز وهو ممتاز واصلي ولكن تم الارجاع لان الصوره كانت مختلفه وعدد القطع كان اقل

كلمة ممتاز قليلة عليه

فوق الممتاز.صناعة روماني يعني اتحاد أوروبي أفضل من الصيني بكثير. ينقصه مفيش ضمان ورقي معاه ولكن أمازون وعدت بأنها ملزمة بيه خلال السنتين فترة الضمان والرجوع لها عند الحاجة لذلك إذا تعذر الوصول لوكيله.وانا عندي كل الثقة في كلامهم عن تجارب سابقة.
